POW! WOW! WORCESTER! Mural Recap.

Taking place the first week of September 2016 in Worcester, Massachusetts was POW! WOW! WORCESTER! part of the ongoing Pow! Wow! series of international mural art festivals.

The 10 day festival saw over 15 curated murals go up in downtown Worcester painted by artists from around the world. In addition to the live painting throughout, attendees, residents and visitors alike were able to experience mobile installations, gallery shows, fundraisers and much more to help empower the idea of community through art. 

Representing 8 different countries and 2 artists from Massachusetts, the full roster of POW! WOW! Worcester artists included: Arlin (Brazil), Askew (New Zealand), Christina Angelina (California), Dan Witz (New York), Greg Mike (Georgia), Imagine (Nepal), Jason Eatherly (Texas), JALLEN (Massachusetts), Marka 27 (Mexico), Morgan Blair (New York), Rustam QBic (Russia), Sabek (Spain), Sophy Tuttle (Massachusetts), Tavar Zawacki (Germany).
